Posted by As every year, we took part in the international scientific conference “Modernity of Industry and Services” organized annually by TNOiK. The conference was held during the days at the Golebiewski Hotel in Wisla from November 20 to 22, 2024.
The aim of the conference is to integrate the community of academics and business representatives who are interested in the state and development of industry and services and the functioning of modern enterprises.
During the conference there is an annual presentation of the results of research of domestic and foreign scientific centers, enterprises and public institutions, exchange of experience in the management of modern economic, public, educational and local government organizations, presentation of innovative solutions and management systems in the export industry and service activities.
The conference also featured a discussion of current and future development challenges in the economy.
During the conference, Prof. Barbara Kożusznik, PhD, and Olaf Flak, PhD, presented the article “Results or Relationship Orientations of a Team Manager in Perspective of Using Artificial Intelligence in Management.”
