{"id":57,"date":"2023-10-02T07:51:56","date_gmt":"2023-10-02T07:51:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/researchcompetences.us.edu.pl\/?p=57"},"modified":"2023-09-25T07:54:47","modified_gmt":"2023-09-25T07:54:47","slug":"our-presentation-at-the-conference-in-the-series-success-in-personnel-management-2022-organized-by-the-wroclaw-university-of-economics","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/researchcompetences.us.edu.pl\/index.php\/en\/2023\/10\/02\/our-presentation-at-the-conference-in-the-series-success-in-personnel-management-2022-organized-by-the-wroclaw-university-of-economics\/","title":{"rendered":"Our presentation at the conference in the series Success in Personnel Management 2022, organized by the Wroclaw University of Economics"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On September 19-20, 2022, a conference in the series Success in Personnel Management 2022 was held at the Wroclaw University of Economics, where we presented the first research results from the project &#8222;ICRK &#8211; think tank on the development of key competencies of future personnel for Polish science&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We presented a speech, the crux of which was the answer to what competencies are important for both groups to effectively implement these processes?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The specific research questions we also answered are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Which staff competencies are necessary to support research excellence at universities?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>With respect to the conditions for research excellence, which competencies are specific to the profiles of researchers and administrative staff supporting research?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How to map and assess competencies?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding the first research question, we found in our research that there are 3 groups of competencies: core, research and support. Inventory of competencies in 3 groups: basic, research and support<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the second research question, we presented an example of a competency profile for one of the employee groups along with the definitions adopted.
