Our book is still available at the bookstore of the University of Silesia in Katowice:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/wydawnictwo.us.edu.pl\/node\/27063\">https:\/\/wydawnictwo.us.edu.pl\/node\/27063<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this and the following weeks, we will present on the blog selected results of the research we conducted within the framework of the DIALOG project in 2020-2022 in Polish research universities. Today, we will briefly discuss process-related for each competency profile of the support staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To begin with, we explain the symbols used below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>E &#8211; support staff employee, expert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PA &#8211; support staff employee, administrative employee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P1 &#8211; process: Acquisition of resources for scientific\/artistic work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P2 &#8211; process: Conducting high quality research\/artistic work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P3 &#8211; process: Publishing the results of work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P4 &#8211; process: Commercialization of research and development results<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>W grupie stanowisk kadry wsparcia wskazano 11 kluczowych kompetencji procesowych. Najcz\u0119\u015bciej wskazywan\u0105 kompetencj\u0105 kluczow\u0105, w r\u00f3\u017cnych procesach i grupach stanowisk by\u0142a kompetencja \u201ed\u0105\u017cenie do rezultat\u00f3w\u201d (wskazywana pi\u0119ciokrotnie). Kompetencje najbardziej istotne dla efektywno\u015bci danego procesu w grupie stanowisk kadry wsparcia (wskazywane wielokrotnie w r\u00f3\u017cnych grupach stanowisk) to dla procesu P1 \u201ed\u0105\u017cenie do rezultat\u00f3w\u201d, wskazane w grupie E i PA i dla procesu P4 \u201emy\u015blenie analityczne\u201d, wskazane w grupie stanowisk E.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bior\u0105c pod uwag\u0119 tylko kompetencje wskazywane w procesach jako kompetencje pierwszego wyboru, analiza kluczowych kompetencji procesowych w grupie stanowisk kadry wsparcia (PA, E) sugeruje, \u017ce warto zwr\u00f3ci\u0107 uwag\u0119 na to, jaki jest poziom rozwoju&nbsp;&nbsp; kompetencji \u201eadministracja&#8221; dla grupy ekspert\u00f3w (E), wskazana w procesach P2 i P3, a dla pracownik\u00f3w administracyjnych (PA) \u201eelastyczno\u015b\u0107\u201d, wskazana w procesach P1 i P2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ostatecznie ze zbioru 36 kompetencji modelu wskazano 24 jako kluczowe dla efektywno\u015bci proces\u00f3w. Na ni\u017cszych poziomach rozwoju zawodowego w kadrze wsparcia (E, PA) wskazano wi\u0119cej kompetencji kluczowych, istotnych dla efektywno\u015bci proces\u00f3w. Mo\u017ce to sugerowa\u0107, \u017ce pracownicy na tym etapie ich kariery musz\u0105 zadba\u0107 o rozw\u00f3j wi\u0119kszej liczby kompetencji.
