Presentations were designed to familiarize ENOP members with the emerging evidence and provide a forum to discuss both the policy and practical implications of trust and moral action in the workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meetings were chaired by Prof. Rosalind Searle (Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow &amp; Finian Buckley, Dublin City University Business School). The main topics of the meetings were:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The impact of trust on workplace dynamics and performance (Finian Buckley, Dublin City University Business School)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trust, distrust and vulnerability in the context of cyber security (Rosalind Searle, Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motivated trust in artificial intelligence at work: The case of HRM systems and HRM stakeholders (Guido Hertel, University of Muenster)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8222;It&#8217;s Business&#8221;: A qualitative study of the dynamics of moral injury and well-being (Karina Nielsen, Sheffield University Management School)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trust in leaders (Deanne den Hartog, University of Amsterdam)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How organizations commit wrongdoing through the lens of moral agency.
