Conference concluding the competence research project

Almost a year ago, we organized a conference to conclude the project “Interdisciplinary Center for Personnel Development – think tank for the development of key competencies of future personnel for Polish science”, funded by the Ministry of Education and Science under the “Dialogue” program. It was held from October 24 to 25, 2022 in the building at 14 Bankowa Street in Katowice. During the conference, we presented the results of the team’s work on the concept of managing universities through competence.
