Modern organizations have faced the opportunity and at the same time the challenge of creating tools and structures based on virtual work. Therefore, it is necessary to ask ourselves more and more often how to achieve the flow effect in such work, that is, a high level of involvement in the task, at the same time combined with pleasure from the work performed.
Dr. Adrian Pyszka presented the results of a study derived from the statements of 224 people working in virtual teams in Poland. The data was obtained as part of a broader CAWI-type survey. It turned out that people working in virtual teams declare flow in 65%. They are mainly those who work on a project basis, have diverse forms of communication and experience constructive feedback.
