The past 20 years have seen an explosion in the development of information technology, robotics and the replacement of human labor with machines or algorithms. It is widely believed that artificial intelligence (AI) can enhance human capabilities in teamwork, but it is still unclear how to implement management based on such solutions. Research on AI shows that it can enhance human teams in important ways, improving team coordination, increasing knowledge sharing and learning, supporting decision-making, and evaluating team performance.
Therefore, the purpose of the paper that Olaf Flak, PhD, presented at the XII International Conference in the series “Contemporary Challenges of Project and Process Management” was to answer two research questions, arising from the research problem, which is the issue of the existence of an employee team composed in part or in whole of entities built about artificial intelligence.
First, an answer to the question RQ1 was presented, how to record the behavior of a human manager in order to obtain data for activation of managerial activities by a robot manager. This answer includes a description of the organizational size system and the author’s research results. Secondly, the answer to RQ2 is formulated, which methods of behavior pattern recognition analysis to use to activate managerial activities by the robot manager. The answer deals with classical pattern recognition methods, which can now be extended to GPT language models).
