About our interviewee:
Prof. Visente Martinez Tur is a professor at the University of Valencia in Spain and coordinator of the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P) program. He has made significant contributions to applied psychology and fulfills all the requirements for IAAP members. Over the years, his main research projects have been on organizations for people with intellectual disabilities, service psychology, service quality and customer satisfaction. He has also collected research findings on third sector (non-profit) organizations and trust and service climate and has had a significant impact on this important area and practice.
